Hotel great location with easy access to downtown and local attractions. The atmosphere felt lively with plenty of dining options nearby. My room was spacious and clean, with attention to detail in the housekeeping. Enjoyed the friendly service at the front desk who were always ready to assist. Unfortunately, the water pressure in my room fluctuated. The lack of a fridge in the room was inconvenient for keeping snacks and beverages cool. A lovely stay, but addressing the water pressure issue would enhance the experience significantly.

The location was awesome! We loved exploring the city on foot. The shower had low water pressure, kind of a bummer. A solid stay 😊

Good locations, only a few blocks away from the "Zocalo" (city center), just a few minutes walk. Spaceous, clean rooms, good choice of TV channels, comfortable bed. We got a quiet room but without any nice view from the window.
As I read before in other comments the hotel tries to make some extra money by charging the room rate with a bad conversion rate: I booked the room at Booked.net for 53 Dollars and the hotel charged the credit card with 689 pesos, which would be a rate of 13 dollars, while the bank rate is at 11,5. So they charge 6 Dollars more than you have booked, which is not a lot of money, but still minor fraud and not the price that we were promised. I would appreciate if Booked.net could comment on that and talk to the hotel. The hotel itself was fine, but not as luxurious as stated in some comments. Don't expect to have such a nice bath tub in the room as you can see on the photos if you just book an "executive" room. Also from seeing at the map if you don't know the city it's hard to tell if the location is great. Actually there are hotels that are much more in the center such as the Fenix. Still the location is very good and the center is in walking distance. The furniture is a bit old fashioned, but can be considered good quality.

My rate for the two nights as I booked them were to be $102.00USD but I knew it would be charged at the current exchange rate. The current exchange rate is about 12 to 1. I was charged 1353 pesos which is an exchange rate of 13.26 to 1. Either the hotel has to use the current exchange rate or you should quote in pesos so that we are not surprised at the desk. As usual, the desk said there is nothing that they can do about it.

The location was perfect for our family, allowing easy exploration around the city and local eateries. The staff was friendly, especially our maid who regularly checked in on us and ensured we had fresh towels. Plus, the hotel offered quick airport transportation.
For dads, it would be great if the rooms had a fridge.

We had such a blast at this spot! The location was perfect, right between Centro and Americana. The tidy large marble bathrooms were a plus. But, I recommend skipping breakfast. There are way better options down the street.
